Refund Policy

At Vasara Labs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept return or refund requests for most physical products within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Supplements that have been opened or unsealed.
  • Gift cards.
  • Health and personal care items that have been opened.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Contact our support team to begin a request:

We will provide the return address and instructions once your request is confirmed. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds cover the product cost only, unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us at support@vasaralabs.com with a description and photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account statement.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment service — processing times vary.
  3. If after 10 business days you still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@vasaralabs.com.

6. International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, a restocking fee may apply and original shipping costs will not be refunded.


7. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team to allow us to resolve the issue directly.


8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
